I signed up with Keith to give my triathlon workouts more structure--and push myself more. I've done quite a few triathlons, but my training was always pretty haphazard. Working with Keith helped me stay on schedule, push my limits, and improve my weakest discipline. Most importantly, Keith was flexible. He crafted workout plans around my scheduling constraints, and he was always willing to modify workouts if I had to make any last-minute changes. If you're thinking about doing a triathlon but worried about training volume or tight schedules, don't be--this program can work for anyone with an hour to spare.

I ran my first half and full marathon 5 year ago. I thought participating in a triathlon would be an interesting race to try next. However, the swimming was very daunting for me and kept me from giving it a try. When I saw the training for a sprint triathlon being offered, I decided to sign up. My first time in the pool was very humbling, I swam too fast and got winded and wondered what I had gotten myself into. After working through the program and completing the race, it turned out that the swim portion was a “piece of cake” and I completed it without a problem. The overall race experience was positive and Keith did a great job adapting my training schedule to work with my other running events. At this point I look forward to doing more triathlons.
In mid-2024, I decided I wanted to run a 10K and picked one scheduled for Labor Day weekend. It had been several years since I ran anything close to a 10K. I had no idea how much to run each day or what to do to train to go from being barely able to run a mile never mind how to complete 6.2 miles. After several attempts at trying to run on my own and getting discouraged, I knew I needed some help if I was going to pull off a race in just a few months; that’s when I met Keith. After talking with Keith, I learned of his success with training folks for triathlons and his run coaching. I started working with Keith who planned my weekly run schedule, provided weekly check-ins on my progress and was my own personal cheerleader when I felt discouraged. With carefully planned runs, based on my skill level, Keith helped me avoid injuries by starting my training too quickly, but rather he worked with me over several months to increase my endurance, increase my pace and successfully help me reach my goal of completing a 10K.
I worked with Keith to train for my first triathlon. From day one, Keith took the time to assess my strengths and areas for improvement, and created a personalized training plan that truly suited my needs. His expertise in swimming, biking, and running was fundamental and he knew how to push me just enough to keep me improving without overwhelming me.
What really sets Keith apart is his unwavering support and encouragement. He's always there to answer questions, adjust workouts when needed, and provide motivation when things get tough. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my performance, but more importantly, I feel more confident and capable in all of my training.

"Completing a triathlon had always been on my bucket list, but it wasn’t until this year that I started to seriously consider it.
The structure of Keith's program was exactly what I needed. Every week, Keith checked in with a personalized email, asking about my upcoming schedule. With a demanding job and a busy family life, it made all the difference that my workouts were tailored around my real-world responsibilities.
Whenever I had a question—whether it was about training or race day logistics—he responded quickly, thoroughly, and always with a great sense of humor.
I’d absolutely recommend Keith to anyone considering completing a triathlon. It gave me the confidence to take on something I had only dreamed of, and the support to actually do it."

Keith fosters a supportive and inclusive training environment, creating a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
