My job as a coach is to plan, manage and monitor the training. Basically fit all the puzzle pieces together to help you get across the finish line safely. To do this, I use an online platform called TrainingPeaks. TrainingPeaks allows me to create and manage training plans, track workouts, and analyze your progress. Workout data uploads from your devices and allows me to look over metrics for continuous improvement

Despite the remote form of training there is constant communication between us via emails, phone, text, etc. as well as feedback from each workout that you can put right onto TrainingPeaks. This method allows for flexibility and also allows to train for any race any where. Once a week I will ask what your week looks like and we would plan the workout week schedule from there around your job and family commitments.
